• Soft flannel cloth or castor oil-soaked flannel cloth
• Organic Castor Oil
• Heat pad or hot water bottle

Instructions:

1. Soak the cloth in castor oil (ensure full saturation).
2. Apply to desired area (e.g. abdomen or joints).
3. Cover with plastic wrap and apply gentle heat.
4. Relax for 45–60 minutes.
5. Store cloth in a sealed container in the fridge. Use up to 30 times.
