To use, simply rub the balm onto the chest and back twice a day as required. It can also be rubbed onto the feet at bedtime for overnight relief.
Each 40g tub contains a combination of natural Olive Oil, Beeswax, Menthol Crystals, Camphor Essential Oil and Eucalyptus Essential Oil.
This is by far the best chest rub I've used. Better than Vicks in my opinion. Not 5 minutes and my toddler's cough stops and she's snoozing peacefully with a cough free night.

The pad feels great but concerned that a month of travel with only rinsing the pad in water isn't sufficient for cleanliness.
I'm glad you like the pad; it must have made your life easier by not carrying cleanser bottles around. You just use the pad with water to remove makeup, but to clean the pad, you need soap or handwash to wash the microfiber pads and remove bacteria daily.
