How To Use Hydrosol Creatively
Hydrosols, is also known as floral waters, essential waters, and herbal waters, which is water soluble components obtained by hydro distillation from plants. This creates a much gentler, more diluted product which is generally safer to use than an essential oil. It is important to note that hydrosols are NOT simply distilled water with essential oils added to them.
Popular hydrosols for skincare include Rose, Roman Chamomile, Manuka and Lavender.
